Pharmacological action
This is a combination drug. It has a local irritant effect, helps to relax the muscles, dilates the vessels at the site of application and produces an anesthetic effect.
The therapeutic effect is determined by the content of three components:
- of bee venom containing a large number of biologically active substances;
- methyl salicylate, belonging to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
- allyl isothiocyanate, which has a locally irritating effect.

When applied to the skin, active substances quickly penetrate ointments into the tissues of the joints, muscles and subcutaneous tissue. The drug is quickly absorbed and begins to warm up the sore spot, relieving pain and relaxing the tense muscles.

Contraindications

Mechanism of action
The healing effect of bee venom has long been known. Particularly active in it are mellitine, alamin, peptide MSD, hyaluronidase.
Bee venom helps penetration of the rest of the ointment ingredients into the skin, it irritates the affected area.
Methyl salicylate has an anti-inflammatory effect, enhanced by the peptide of MSD and alamine.
Allyl isothiocyanate has a local irritant effect, causing reddening and a rise in skin temperature at the site of application. It helps to reduce muscle tone. Reducing tension in the muscles leads to a reduction in pain.
Under the influence of the components of the ointment, blood circulation is improved and the supply of cells with oxygen is consequently increased. As a result, metabolic products that cause pain are removed from the inflammatory focus much faster.

Instructions for Use
A small amount of cream is squeezed onto the sore spot( depending on the size of the area).Distribute the ointment over the skin with a thin layer of not more than 1 mm.
After the appearance of a sensation of heat, slowly rub in the skin with neat massage movements.
For greater effect, you can wrap a sore spot in a warm cloth or shawl. If necessary, repeat the procedure for several days before the disappearance of pain and swelling( 2-3 times a day).You can not apply ointment for more than 10 days in a row.
With the very first application, use an ointment with a volume of no more than a pea to avoid serious allergic reactions.
In the absence of undesirable consequences, the amount of ointment applied at a time can be increased. The strip of the extruded cream can be 3-5 cm.
The repeated application of cream to the same place is allowed after 5-6 hours of .Earlier application may cause severe skin irritation and even burns.
