Inhalation Lazolvanom, Berodual and Pulmicort - is a very common medical procedure that is prescribed to patients suffering from bronchitis and laryngitis. However, to assign it to the sick person can only physician who will also inform the patient about the dosages of each of the three drugs. But overdose Berodual or Pulmicort may cause serious injury.
What is Pulmicort
Pulmicort - a means of topical medication is discharged in metered suspensions, the main active component of which acts as an active element budesonide. When ingested, it has a direct effect on human bronchi, removing the inflammatory process occurring in them, and removing (or weakening) characteristic symptomatology pathologies.
In one formation Pulmicort suspension, in addition to budesonide (at 100 or 250 mcg) also contains a lot of auxiliary components, such as:
- Sodium chloride;
- Sodium citrate;
- edetate disodium
- Citric acid and water.
In this case, use Pulmicort can be paired with other drugs (such as: Lasolvan and Berodaul) without fear. After Pulmicort has a minimum number of contraindications, especially with regard to the solution for inhalation.
The drug Flomax
Flomax - a bronchodilator drugs produced as syrup and solution for inhalation. Its direct purpose - to reduce the risk of bronchial spasms, which is responsible for the active element of the preparation: ipratory bromide. Apart from it, in the Berodual also includes and auxiliary substances such as:
- Benzalkonium chloride;
- Edetate disodium;
- Sodium chloride;
- Chloro hydrobromic acid and water.
As can be seen, the composition of the drug is very similar to the composition of Berodual. This means that you can use Flomax, Lasolvan and Pulmicort together, but only observing dosage.
Lasolvan inhalation
Lasolvan inhalation - a special expectorant in the form of a solution, which can be used for the treatment of inflammatory processes occurring in the bronchi, like an adult and a child. Active substance ambroxol hydrochloride, Mucosolvan considered, and can distinguish among the auxiliary components of the preparation:
- Sodium chloride;
- Benzalkonium chloride;
- sodium hydrogenphosphate;
- Citric acid and distilled water.
In principle, the composition Lasolvan can be considered an analogue Berodual and Pulmicort, which once again confirms their good compatibility. But what proportions of each of the preparations should be in solution for inhalation can be found below.
Acceptable proportions and characteristics of the solution for inhalation through Mucosolvan, Berodual and Pulmicort
As previously mentioned, used together Pulmicort, Berodual Mucosolvan and (in the sequence, said article description) in solution for inhalation is permitted, but only if the permissible proportions.
And to make such a solution should be as follows:
- In deep pot (from which it will be convenient to breathe inhaler) saline is poured in an amount of 2 ml (for babies) or 4.3 ml (for an adult);
- Further, Pulmicort saline is added in an amount of 0.5 mg (child) or 1 mg (for an adult patient);
- After Pulmicort in Mucosolvan resulting substance is added in an amount of 2 ml (for the child's body) or 3.4 mg (for an adult);
- The last component of the solution for inhalation is Berodual, which is added to the last, in an amount of 10 drops (for a child) or 15-20 drops (for an adult).
Breathe in such an inhaler, based on Lasolvan, Berodual and Pulmicort is recommended no more than 2 times a day: in the morning and in the evening (not later than 17:00). If you do not comply with the established rules, then the patient will increase the risk of an allergic reaction to the active elements of drugs.
