The blood type diet is considered the most effective because it is built in accordance with the characteristics of the organism, which are inherent in each category. Nutrition allows you to lose weight, has a positive effect on the entire body, prevents many diseases, removes toxins, cleanses the blood.

General principles
Proper nutrition, depending on the blood group, is based on the basic principles:
- The diet is divided into 4 types (according to a person's belonging to 1, 2, 3 or 4 blood groups).
- Each type has its own gastronomic characteristics and a corresponding food set.
- There are neutral foods that are allowed to all people.
- Determination of the intensity of physical activity. Compliance with dietary recommendations will only give a positive result when combined with sports. For example, 1 group needs an active load, and 2 - in a moderate one: yoga, Pilates will do.
Principles and features of a weight loss diet for each group:
- 1 - meat eaters, the diet should contain more protein foods: meat and fish, seafood. Fruits and vegetables are required on the menu. To lose weight, you must give up legumes, cabbage, sweets.
- 2 - a person is advised to adhere to vegetarianism. To lose weight, you need to give up meat, beans and sweets, vegetable oil.
- 3 - you can eat any food. The main thing is moderation in nutrition. It is recommended to focus on greens and seafood.
- 4 - this group is characterized by poor and slow digestibility of protein foods. It is recommended to limit meat and legumes. The diet is dominated by dairy and fermented milk products.
The correct nutrition system, according to the human genotype, will make you feel much better, cleanse the body, normalize metabolism and get rid of extra pounds, always keeping your figure in good shape.
Do's and Don'ts
Diets involve proper nutrition with a balanced diet.
There are no strict restrictions, only those foods are excluded that the body (in accordance with the blood type) does not need or they are poorly absorbed.
There is a blood group nutrition table, on the basis of which you can build your daily diet. The list of foods that are prohibited in each group is quite extensive, but this does not mean that such food should not be consumed at all. Forbidden food may occasionally be present, but it should not be abused.

The list of foods that people with group 4 can eat include:
- fish, river and sea;
- soy and soy products;
- fermented milk products;
- carrot;

Products that are undesirable to use:
- chicken;

- beans;
- corn, corn grits;
- buckwheat.
All products not listed are neutral. This means that you can eat them without fear of gaining excess weight, the main thing is to know the measure in the amount of food consumed and the volume of servings.
