- leafy greens - lettuce, spinach, herbs;
- algae in the form of a dietary supplement, since they contain a lot of proteins and amino acids;
- eggs;
- low-fat dairy products - yogurt, hard cheese;
- from vegetables - radishes and broccoli;
- from fruits - apples, pears, various berries, pineapple, figs;
- from cereals - exclusively buckwheat.
Such food may seem monotonous, but the listed products can be combined in different ways to achieve the desired effect.
Harmful products
There are foods that are suitable for a blood group 1 positive diet only in limited quantities. Fish is allowed, but salmon and cod should be limited as much as possible. The diet for 1 negative should also contain only small amounts of them.
But there are foods that the diet for people with group 1 excludes:
- potatoes and other starchy vegetables;
- wheat bread, pasta;
- olives;
- ketchups and other ready-made sauces;
- from fruits - melon, citrus fruits, strawberries;
- from vegetables - avocado, white cabbage;
- from dairy products - soft cheese and cottage cheese;
- peanut butter;
- champignons;
- corn in any form;
- ice cream.
The diet for the first positive group prohibits coffee and hot chocolate.

Nutrition with blood group 1 is in many ways similar to a protein diet, since the amount of carbohydrates is very limited. From time to time you can indulge in some nuts, legumes.

What to eat to lose weight
In theory, a diet with blood group 1 is aimed at improving the body, and not at losing weight. But in practice, people are interested in how to correct it for weight loss with 1 group.
You can organize separate meals so as not to mix proteins of different types (if eggs are put for breakfast, then there will be no bacon or cheese with them, the meat will already be in the next meal).
Of the permitted foods, in order to lose weight, it is worth focusing on algae and seafood, leafy greens, eggs and lean meat. The diet for weight loss should contain dietary meats.

For blood group 1, the diet involves mainly protein foods. But this does not mean that you need to constantly eat boiled chicken breast or portioned pike perch.
Meals for 1 group can be more balanced.
Seafood and celery salad
Take:
- 200 g of shrimp or other seafood;
- 200 g stalked celery;
- for dressing - low-fat and unsweetened yogurt;
- salt and pepper to taste.
The celery is cut into strips, the coarsest fibers are removed, the shrimp are boiled for 5 minutes. The components are mixed, seasoned with yogurt, salt and pepper are added, if desired - a little lemon juice.
Oven baked meat with tomatoes
Take:
- 400 g of lean beef;
- 2 medium sized tomatoes;
- 150 g of low-fat cheese.
They try to cut the meat into slices and then beat it thoroughly. Can be lightly fried on both sides quickly. Then these slices are laid out in a mold, tomatoes are placed on top, cut into slices, and the dish is sprinkled with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Tomato juice will help soften the meat.
