Neuralgia, neuritis

The drug can be used in the complex treatment of neuralgia or neuritis. Its systematic use leads to a decrease in pain and the elimination of inflammatory processes in the nerves. The drug exhibits high neuroprotective properties. It improves the conduction of nerve impulses and helps the nerve fiber sheaths to regenerate.

For full therapy, injections are recommended to be used in conjunction with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Facial nerve paresis

Milgamma - injections (indications for the use of the medicine must first be studied in the instructions or clarified with a doctor), which should be used only with the permission of a specialist. With paresis of the facial nerve, the solution is prescribed in conjunction with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, since this group of drugs is not able to independently eliminate the signs of pathology.

The active components of the drug act on the nerve roots and have a pronounced anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.

With the help of injections, it is possible to achieve an enhancement of the recovery processes that contribute to the rapid healing of damaged tissues. The drug has practically no effect on the regeneration of the roots themselves.

Retrobulbar neuritis

The disease is an inflammatory process that develops in the optic nerve. At the same time, there is a decrease in visual function and the occurrence of pain during the movement of the eyeballs.

The drug leads to the elimination of pain and a decrease in inflammatory reactions. Since the disease in most cases develops as a result of infection, antibacterial drugs are prescribed in addition to the solution.

Injections can also speed up the restoration of the optic nerve and improve and maintain its function.

Ganglionitis (including shingles)

With ganglionitis, the solution is prescribed in conjunction with other drugs (depending on the underlying disease). The drug is capable of arresting pain syndrome and prevents the development of further inflammatory processes. Thanks to the vitamins included in the composition, the medication maintains the normal function of the nerve and prevents the further development of pathology.

In addition, nootropics, antispasmodics or NSAIDs can be used.

Plexopathy

The indication for the use of Migamma is also plexopathy. With its development, injections help to alleviate the patient's condition - to eliminate pain and inflammation. In this case, injections have a neurometabolic effect. They improve metabolic processes in muscle tissue and neuromuscular synapses.

Various vascular drugs or other anti-inflammatory drugs can be used as adjuvants. Physiotherapy procedures are also shown - UHF, electrophoresis, acupuncture.

Neuropathy, polyneuropathy (diabetic, alcoholic and others)

According to the study, the drug has shown high efficiency in the treatment of diabetic polyneuropathy. Thanks to the thiamine, which is part of the composition, the drug has an effect on glucose metabolism. At the same time, pyridoxine also affects these processes. The drug has an antioxidant effect, prevents the death of macrophages and increases tissue oxygenation.

Lack of vitamin B1 can provoke the development of alcoholic polyneuropathy. Based on the tests carried out, the components of the remedy reduced the severity of pain in the disease and improved the indicators in the diagnosis.

For an enhanced therapeutic effect in these conditions, the drug is recommended to be taken together with alpha-lipoic acid agents.

Nocturnal muscle cramps

Milgamma - injections (indications for the use of the medication are very extensive), which are often prescribed in the complex treatment of various disorders associated with damage to nerve tissues. In convulsive conditions, the drug is used as an adjunct therapy. Moreover, it is used in cases when the disease proceeds against the background of hypovitaminosis. The solution helps to relieve attacks of pain and inflammatory processes, and also has a general strengthening effect on the body.

The main remedies are selected according to the nature of the origin of the disorder. These can be anticonvulsants or antiepileptic drugs.

Neurological manifestations of spinal osteochondrosis (radiculopathy, lumboishalgia, muscle-tonic syndromes)

The manifestations of the disease can be eliminated with the help of medicinal injections. They are able to alleviate the patient's condition and eliminate the existing signs of impairment - pain, inflammation. The medication also helps to increase recovery processes and has a general strengthening effect.

With the development of these pathologies, the drug is used in complex therapy with other means. The most commonly prescribed anticonvulsants, muscle relaxants, NSAIDs.

Feedback on application

Many patients note the high efficiency of the solution for neurological diseases. Most of them report a quick analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. However, doctors warn that the medicine should be used in conjunction with other drugs, since the solution is capable of arresting the signs of diseases, but does not completely eliminate them.Milgamma injections.
