Contraindications:

  • varicose dermatitis;
  • venous insufficiency (chronic form of the disease);
  • pain and swelling caused by various injuries;
  • periphlebitis.

The drug is used 2 times a day - in the morning and in the evening. In the treatment of hemorrhoids, it is not recommended to use a remedy for occlusive dressings. The duration of the courses depends on the severity of the pathology and is set individually by the treating proctologist. Moreover, the maximum duration of treatment should not exceed 7 days.

In the absence of a therapeutic effect within 1 week, further use of the medication should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted. Both medicines can lead to the development of identical side effects (allergic reactions).

The substitute, like the original product, has similar contraindications - a violation of the integrity of the skin and intolerance to the composition.
