Recipes for a low-carb diet

There are many recipes for dishes that have the same effect on blood as a low-carb diabetic diet for diabetes.

Recipe cabbage soup. According to the recipe you need: 100-150 grams of cabbage, 25-30 grams of carrots, 25-30 grams of onion, 12 grams of wheat flour, 10-15 ml of lean oil, 5-7 grams of greens, 10 grams of sour cream.
