Apply the mixture to the inflamed areas 2 times a day.
  3. For the next ointment, grinded herbs, 2 tbsp.spoons of each ingredient( cranberry leaves, burdock root, Indian onion leaves) mix and pour alcohol( 5 tablespoons), put in a dark place for 10 days. Tincture strain and add to the container 10 tbsp.spoonfuls of Vaseline, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. This ointment is a strong painkiller, has a therapeutic effect, apply once a day, but not more often.
  4. Mix 10 g of peppermint tincture in oil, 2 tbsp.spoons of freshly squeezed Indian onion juice and 100 g of Vaseline. This ointment is used for acupressure, for this purpose it is necessary to lubricate the bundles of fingers with ointment, rub into points placed along the back at a distance of 2-3 cm from the spine, with light circular motions. At each point of the problem vertebra, it is recommended to stay for 2 minutes.
