Legislation and practice divide abortion into the following types:
Artificial abortion is used when a woman does not want to have a child in a certain period of time, or the birth can seriously endanger her health. If the abortion is performed at the time of pregnancy to twelve weeks, it is called "articular", or "mini-abortion".
Every woman decides whether to be her mother or not. There is an opinion that it is better to give the child to an orphanage, but not to kill him, however this is a very controversial topic. Abortion in the vision of all major religions is the complete killing of a small man. Even in the oath of Hippocrates reflects the moral inadmissibility of such medical intervention.
If we consider this problem from the point of view of biology, genetics or embryology, then a person's life begins already at the moment of conception. However, as a rule, abortion and pregnancy monitoring are performed by specialists of one area. An abortion is a job that must be performed regardless of whether or not this doctor wants to do so, for failing to fulfill his job duties, he can be dismissed, and may receive a prohibition that will not allow him to work in his specialty. This means that gynecology and obstetrics are specialties that people who can not do abortions in their beliefs( religious, scientific, moral or otherwise) will not be able to study.
In order to comply with the rights of a doctor in the community, legislation should provide for an opportunity that would allow us to assign such different things as abortion and contraception. It means that a doctor can refuse to refer to abortion and from the appointment of a contraceptive to the patient, which will ultimately lead to abortion. These actions will not run counter to the principles of international law enshrined in the Oslo Declaration on Medical Abortion( adopted by the 24th Medical Assembly in Norway, August 1970).
