    • Immediately call a doctor, because during the exacerbation the disease should be treated in a hospital under the supervision of a doctor, usually a surgeon or gastroenterologist;in no case should not abandon hospitalization, as this will only lead to a worsening of the condition.
    • Put ice or a hot water bottle with cold water on the upper abdomen;do not apply anything hot or warm to the abdomen to relieve pain.
    • Do not take any medicine before the doctor comes.
    • You must lie down.

One of the methods of treatment are physiotherapeutic procedures, which are prescribed not in the stage of exacerbation. Successfully used UHF, electrophoresis, ultrasound. All these methods of treating the disease are aimed at improving blood circulation in the liver, thereby increasing the production of bile and the patient's condition improves.

Also after the disappearance of symptoms often apply mud therapy, which successfully fights inflammation and helps to increase immunity.
