Submucous uterine myoma( fibroma) develops under the endometrium( mucous membrane) of the uterus, where it grows.

Treatment of submucous uterine fibroids
Treatment can be carried out only by operative methods.
Tumor should be seized with a special clamp( forceps).After this, the forceps rotate slowly one way until the knot completely falls off.
In the event that this method does not work, the base of the tumor node is dissected by special surgical scissors.
