At the first appearance of nasal congestion, an asterisk ointment or liquid is applied to the wings of the nose with a layer of no more than 1 mm. Also, the balm is rubbed with gentle movements on the bridge of the nose and above the upper lip, without touching its border. The course of prevention and treatment consists of 4 daily repetitions. When the symptoms disappear, they stop using the asterisk.
Vietnamese balm, released in the form of a pencil-lipstick, is also used to treat the common cold. To do this, it is alternately placed not deep in the nostril and several deep breaths are taken. The procedure is repeated 10-15 times a day, and it depends on the intensity of mucus secretion.
If a runny nose is accompanied by a cough, then inhalation is recommended. To do this, dissolve a small amount of the product in hot water and, covering your head with a towel, deeply inhale the steam through your nose and mouth. The duration of the procedure should not exceed 4-5 minutes, since the concentration of essential oils can have the opposite effect.
With a headache
A fragrant ointment is also used to treat headaches and dizziness. The essential oils that make up the product allow you to relieve pain spasms and unpleasant symptoms, while toning the body.
To make the pain go away, an asterisk in any format (liquid or in the form of an ointment) is applied to the temples and the 7th cervical vertebra with massage movements. Rubbing is carried out to a lying or sitting person for no longer than 5 minutes, after which the pregnant woman should take a comfortable position, close her eyes and relax for 20 minutes. With osteochondrosis
Oriental experts recommend using a fragrant ointment for the treatment, prevention and relief of symptoms of osteochondrosis and rheumatic manifestations. For this, both creamy and liquid drug consistency is suitable.

If the asterisk gets into the mouth, salivation increases and a gag reflex may occur. If the product is swallowed, breathing and pulse become more rapid, resulting in dizziness or loss of consciousness.
When Vietnamese balm gets into an open wound, the pain effect increases, since essential oils begin to actively evaporate from the surface. Sensation in an open area can cause an increase in blood pressure, rapid breathing, and headaches.
If the Asterisk gets into an area where it is not worth applying it, you need to rinse the area with plenty of cold water. If discomfort or redness has not gone away after 20-30 minutes, you should see a doctor.
Doctors recommend using Zvezdochka balm during pregnancy only after an allergy test and consulting a doctor. If the expectant mother has an intolerance to one of the components of the balm, then it is not worth relieving them of headache, toothache or joint pain, as well as cold symptoms.
