The medicine should serve human health, but sometimes it turns out quite the opposite: the medicine taken only brings additional problems and suffering.
How is an allergy to antibiotics manifested, what to do in such a situation, and how to treat this rather dangerous disorder?

Antibiotic allergy symptoms
This type of allergy should include the following symptoms:
- skin rash;
- itchy skin;
- hives;
- anaphylactic shock;
- angioneurotic shock.
What to do in such a situation?
The best solution should be considered a complete replacement of the drug taken.
Allergy to antibiotics in children of the younger age group and in elderly patients is quite rare and proceeds much easier than in other patients.
There are a huge number of different types of allergies. For example, antibiotic allergies can be related to food allergies.
In this case, if you are simultaneously undergoing antibiotic therapy and ate, for example, an egg, then you may have a cross-allergy to this antibiotic in combination with the egg. Other foods will not affect your health in any way.
In order to get rid of cross-allergy, you should know exactly the components causing it and not allow them to interact with each other inside your body. That is, you should exclude from the use of a certain food product that causes a positive reaction to specific IgE. 
In the opposite case (with a negative reaction), doctors can begin to solve the problem of expanding the diet for a particular patient.
Hypersensitivity or allergy to penicillin antibiotics often causes unwanted side effects.
An allergy to penicillin can manifest itself even when even the smallest dose of the drug is introduced into the body. Therefore, if you are allergic to penicillin, you should choose antibiotics that do not contain penicillin and do not include penicillin analogues.
Facial allergies can be caused by completely different reasons: from the presence of a tame kitten in the house to serious diseases.
A mask that is poorly formulated and applied to the face can cause severe allergies on the skin of the face. In this case, you need to immediately consult a specialist doctor to find out the exact causes of the allergy.
Do not self-medicate under any circumstances: this can result in severe skin burns.
Antibiotic allergy treatment
In order to avoid an unwanted allergic reaction to antibiotics, try making a sample of the drug in the form of injecting 1/10 ml of the drug into the skin. A normal reaction is redness on the skin that appears after the injection, and the size of the redness should not exceed 5mm.
When testing for antibiotic tablets, you should first take no more than 1/4 of the tablet for the sample. Normal reaction is nausea or rash within thirty minutes after the procedure.
Antibiotics should be used only on the recommendation of the attending physician, as well as after preliminary tests.
A diet for allergies to a certain food product is carried out according to a rather tough option:
At first, for 2-3 days, you should drink only sweetened weak tea (about five glasses a day).
After that, white, slightly dried, bread and cereals are introduced into the diet.
After three days (if it is difficult for you to withstand such a period, you can reduce it to two days), add dairy products (milk, cheese, butter).
Then, after another 2-3 days, we expand the diet due to meat, fish and egg dishes (in turn). Add fruits and vegetables.
If, after being introduced into the diet, you have an allergic reaction to any particular product, then this product can be considered an allergen.
