Ladasten( active ingredient adamantyl bromophenylamine) is an anxiolytic, which is used for asthenic conditions.
Is a derivative of adamantane. It is part of the group of adaptogens and cytotoxic agents.
The product is produced in the form of flat-faced cylindrical tablets with chamfer, which are contained in contour cell packs( 25 pieces), and those in packs of cardboard. The composition contains the active component adamantyl bromophenylamine( 50 mg) and impurity elements in the form of magnesium stearate, potato starch and microcrystalline cellulose.

Tablets are taken orally, regardless of meal intake. Proceeding from the fact that the drug has an exciting effect, it is recommended to take it until four in the afternoon.

Overdose and additional instructions

Ladasten has a low level of toxicity. The lethal outcome in rats occurs at a dose of 10,000 mg / kg, which exceeds the therapeutic dose by a factor of 100.Synchronous reception with benzodiazepine derivatives does not reduce the anxiolytic effect of the latter. Also, the drug is able to lower the hypnotic effect of sodium thiopental.
