The main menu for these diseases is the same as in acute forms. However, there are also indulgences in the diet. Patients with chronic forms of pancreatitis and cholecystitis are sometimes allowed to eat the following foods:

  • vegetarian soups with vegetables;
  • milk cereals in low-fat milk;
  • fermented milk products;
  • solid cheeses;
  • casseroles of cottage cheese;
  • vareniki and baked pies( not butter) with non-acid curd;
  • 2-3 times a week it is allowed to eat boiled low-fat sausage;
  • eggs boiled;
  • juices that are prepared immediately before consumption;
  • sweet fruit varieties( apples, pears, etc.);
  • weak coffee or coffee drink with milk;
  • dried fruits( prunes, dried apples and pears);
  • tea can be drunk either from medicinal herbs, or green.

Products for pancreatitis should be such that they can be easily absorbed by the body. The allowed products are just such. The last meal should be no later than 19 pm. Before going to bed, you can quench your hunger with a glass of kefir or compote from dried fruits.
