Note:
1. Medicinal products for medical use, registered in the Russian Federation, are assigned in accordance with the instructions for use of the drug for medical use and pharmacotherapeutic group on the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System, recommended by the World Health Organization, as well as the route of administration and use of the drug.
2. The purpose and use of drugs for medical use, medical products and specialized clinical nutrition products are not included in the standard of care should be permitted if there are medical indications (individual intolerance, for health reasons) by decision medical commission.
3.
