Remarks:
- Medicinal products for medical use, registered on the territory of the Russian Federation shall be appointed in accordance with the instructions for use of the drug for medical use and for pharmacotherapeutic group Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System, recommended by the World Health Organization, as well as the route of administration and application of the drug. When assigning of medicaments for the medical use children dose is determined taking into account the mass body age in accordance with the instructions for use of the drug for medical application.
- Purpose and use of drugs for medical use, medical devices and specialized clinical nutrition products are not included in the standard of care, allowed in case of medical indications (individual intolerance, for health reasons) by the decision of the medical commission (Part 5 of Article 37 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 № 323-FZ "On the basis of public health protection in the Russian Federation" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2011, № 48, Art. 6724; 2012, number 26, Art. 3442, 3446)).
- Citizens, who in accordance with the Federal Law of 17.07.1999 number 178-FZ "On state social assistance" (Collection of the Russian Federation, 1999, number 29, Art. 3699; 2004, number 35, Art. 3607; 2006, № 48, Art. 4945; 2007, № 43, Art. 5084; 2008, № 9, Art. 817; 2008, № 29, Art. 3410; № 52, Art. 6224; 2009, № 18, Art. 2152; № 30, Art. 3739; № 52, Art. 6417; 2010, № 50, Art. 6603; 2011, № 27, Art. 3880; 2012, number 31, Art. 4322) the right to receive state social assistance in the form of social services, with outpatient medical care provided drugs drugs for medical use, included in the list of drugs, including the list of medicines prescribed by the decision of the medical commission health care institutions, provision of which is carried out in accordance with medical aid on prescription standards in the provision of state (paramedic) social assistance in the form of social services, approved by Order of the Russian Federation Ministry of Health and Social Development of 18.09.2006 number 665 (registered Ministry of Justice of 27.09.2006, registration number 8322), as amended by the orders of the Ministry of Health and Social Development Federation of 19.10.2007 № 651 (registered by Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of 19.10.2007, registration number 10367) on 27.08.2008 № 451n (registered by the Ministry of Justice Russian Federation 10.09.2008, registration number 12254) on 01.12.2008 № 690n (registered by Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of 22.12.2008, registration number 12917) on 23.12.2008 № 760n (registered by Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of 28.01.2009, registration number 13195) and from 10.11.2011 № 1340n (registered by the Ministry of Justice Russian Federation 23.11.2011, registration number 22368).
Children with disabilities when providing medical care on an outpatient basis to provide specialized clinical nutrition products included in the list of products medical supplies and specialized products of dietetic therapy for children with disabilities, prescription by prescription (medical assistant), in the provision of additional free medical assistance to certain categories of citizens eligible to receive state social assistance, approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of 09.01.2007 № 1 (registered by Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of 31.01.2007, registration number 8871), as amended By order of the Russian Federation Ministry of Health and Social Development of 04.03.2008 number 104n (registered by Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of 19.03.2008, registration № 11365).
