1 Causes of the disease

1. If the hernia grows in a child who is 1 year old or older.

3. If the hernia has not disappeared before the age of 4.

In the operation, measures are taken to eliminate the umbilical ring. More often it is hernioplasty. In this case, the excision of the hernial sac is performed, its contents are returned to the abdominal cavity and the plastic of the hernia gates is used. The average time is half an hour. 7 Traditional medicine

If there are no contraindications, folk therapy of umbilical hernia in children is used quite successfully.

1. Since Soviet times, the method of gluing a copper five-kopeck coin to the navel area has been applied. If a hernia is already available, the doctor must first fix it, then the coin is glued to the place of correction with a bactericidal plaster. So, the coin should be glued in 1-2 months. 4. Use of an oak bark. Oak bark has an astringent effect, this action stabilizes the muscle tissue. A glass of boiling water is added 1 tablespoon of bark. Boil for 5 minutes, then let it brew for 4 hours. After that, in the finished infusion, moisten the gauze and attach to the hernia, top cover with a film and tie a warm shawl. This compress is left for 2 hours. The agent is applied daily for 30 days.
