Pharmacological action
The main active substance in the preparation is piroxicam, thanks to which Finalgel has a pronounced analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
The drug is capable of removing swelling and inflammation, lowering the level of platelet aggregation, eliminating pain in the muscles and joints without causing dry skin. By its effect, the drug is able to increase the volume of movements.
Gel Pharmacokinetics After applying Finalgel in the amount of 4 g to the skin, the level of the maximum active substance concentration in the systemic blood flow can reach 150 ng / ml.
For epileptic use of the drug, an average of 6-62% piroxicam is adsorbed.

Mechanism of action
The effect of the finalgel drug is based on the ability of piroxicam( active substance) to reduce the formation of
