As for food, then first be sure to drink plenty of fluids. This may be a weak tea, or just boiled water. Meals have to be gentle. It is possible to have a vegetable soups, cereal liquid prepared in water (rice, buckwheat, semolina), weak tea, liquid vegetable puree. A few days later, you can enter into the diet of a piece of boiled fish or low-fat boiled meat, chicken broth, vegetable casseroles. Be sure to exclude fruit, smoked and fried foods, fresh pastry and sweets, milk, eggs. Nutrition should be a fraction - not less than 6 times a day in small portions.
